Now Alexis have had a video purged from the hearing by aer.... Basically they submitted a video with a disclaimer and warning that the info isn't to be distributed without consent???
Shows what a load of bollocks the process is... Surely the lawyers for Alexis should know that anything submitted is on public record???
Looks like the power transmission lines are an issue for Alexis.... Coal spurs plant will be powered by lines that traverse the Alexis land... That has been kept quiet by the company...
I wonder if it is possible to get enviro approval for cpl and still have to go to a hearing with the he power company....??? I suppose it is 2 years before they need power to the site???
