Any chance of linking to where you are reading these complaints about sales and marketing? Alexium appear to have a number of parties evaluating their products and also have a number of parties that are already purchasing from them as well. Not sure whether that means their products are good or bad, I really haven't seen enough information to make a decision one way or the other. But if they continue to get more parties on-board and buying their products, plus increase revenue, then their products couldn't be terrible.
