    At what date would you consider it unacceptable and a management failure if there was no record of profit?
    12 months, 2 years, 3 years?And don't give me a diatribe about companies not always working that way or looking at the long term picture. Just give me a time when you will say that you have had enough with this company and that those that criticised her in the past were right...please
