I am getting bored now. Usually abstain, as you may have noticed, and now I know why- it just goes on and on. People have a lot of time on their hands. So I will answer you with brevity about the fundamentals flaw(which was actually pointed out to me by a big former investor in this stock)- "topical application."
It may or may not be the answer to what niggles most holders in the back of their minds as something not being fully disclosed, something just not adding up, something that may explain the consistent ambiguity(that spurns so much discussion on this stock) in nearly every announcement only to be clarified by the 4c's which are so light on adjectives.
