Ok there's truth in some of that, and also he`s saying 3 important points imo:
1. they will achieve claimed revenue by December (they have never retreated on this claim)
2. step change catalysts are pending re: new revenue ( sub text stratosphere )
3. shares are very cheap.

I read a Chairmans' letter very seriously when I invest in his company. Mainly because the company culture in every respect comes from the top. Just as he wouldn't mention manipulation, he wouldn't forecast the above if he wasn't sure of the result. That email should actually be a price sensitive document, IMNSHO
