IMO you have made some good points. Its too easy to focus on what's wrong if you are that way inclined and miss what he has actually sad about the business. I felt reassured after reading it, and I think arguing about what we think as opposed to what he thinks probably gets us nowhere. Gavin has always struck me as being extremely thoughtful and measured so I suspect he wouldn't feel so positive and proud if his team if it wasn't justified.
