Just one comment:

While bedding, decorative fabrics etc might not need to be washed (or not very often if at all) it's important to note that the value proposition for these companies is that the Alexiflam tech is "non-leeching, non-migrating formulation that passes the tough California TB 117-2013". So even if its not washed, you can still pick up other chemicals just through normal use. Given that Alexium is signing up these companies they must see this as a differentiating advantage, given that costs are apparently competitive.

these other companies are mainly Chinese based, why would American companies want to go to china for an inferior product when there is an American company that has a much better product?
