Yep, but Rezos needs to pay attention to it and not fob it off as he's done so by blaming an insto and uninformed retail holders (also saying he doubts there'd be a board spill), he's had 1 strike and if I don't see a million bucks worth of output from him dedicated to Alexium this year, I'll be voting for a second strike and to have him removed from the board!
His cavalier attitude towards other shareholders is disgusting in my view, stating we didn't understand the basis of STI and LTI in Australia, he'd want to over contribute this year IMO.
Fancy having a crack at the very people who are going to vote on his future!
