Yawn, please read through the company announcements and older posts here. It's not valued there on current business, this is a speculative start up company. It's valued on the possible/probable disruption to entire sector backed by legislative change and military contracts, with todays announcement emphasising the near term commercial opportunity.
If/when the revenue is in 9 figures and you can 'justify' a market cap the opportunity to make big (speculative) gains will be long gone, perhaps you shouldn't be looking at stocks like this if your understanding of valuation metrics at this end of the market is that poor?
