From the Feb 17th 2016 article.....
Payment of the full bonus, plus an additional $US225,000 is certain if Mr Molyneux secures a transaction, recommended by the board, which results in "a change of material influence"
This could include:
a. bringing in a new shareholder with a more than 20 per cent stake
b. change of company control
c. or a material asset sale.
