That's utter garbage, any economist, Real Estate guru or anyone with half a brain would tell that rentals would dry up!
Where do you think a majority of rental properties come from! Yes that's right people who negative gear properties! DUH!
By the way I'm not saying I'm for or against as their are arguments on both sides mate!
