Plus a lot of new dwellings would be built on the outskirts of cities,so unless jobs are 'created' there,lower rents would be offset by time and cost of travel.Too many Labor policies look good,sound good but are not thought through sufficiently to work in practice -a pity.Now,if they came up with a decent workable policy to create a level playing field in the Stock Market that would be something.Might put a couple of pips on our UNS shares.
