Pre-Covid ALG was $1.61. I don't see why the stock should not go back to those levels now as many other entertainment stocks in the US have.

In between that period where ALG was $1.61 til now, the company itself has been growing continuously, expanding their US business, obtaining investments from Redbird Capital, expanding their theme parks and de-risked now that the Dreamworld issue is effectively resolved now. The company is also executing a very aggressive growth strategy in both Australia and the US. Furthermore, the value of their land assets has appreciated dramatically due to the recent QLD property boom.

If you recall, RedBird capital invested $80M USD for a 25% stake in Main Event (ALG's US Business) in June 2020. This values the US business (by itself) at $80 x 4 = $320M USD, which is $414M AUD during the covid period (before any vaccines were even announced).

There is no reason why ALG should not retrace to its pre-covid heights of $1.61 and possibly exceed that level, now that covid is effectively over in the states and Australia is getting an exponential increase in vaccinations.
