Why 2 facilities hell I don't know? - cheaper to leave there than to dismantle? would be reason or , to be used in future would be another? or able to use parts of it for new factory? or they don't want to write it off and let holders know that years of development and cash have gone chasing the dream? I would know more if only the announcements had any meat in them.

Not enough dots and the dots don't add up to a single morse code letter for me yet. Shareholders who allow companies to announce and not meet timelines are forever on the hook and rarely win especially with so little real information coming out from the company. Hope your dots work out.

Won't be long and see where and if the cash turns up from and how much of the story they have to tell to get it.
