Algerians are 35% shareholders. Is that only to get approval stamps from government and then eat profits- actually they are roadblocks for 35% and maybe blackmailing for more.
That(65% only) is not a very decent deal IMO, until unless Algerians also put money into the mine .....which they haven't .
