This is very old news indeed. The legislation is not retroactive and,in any event, it has been on record as far back as May 2013 that terramin have had discussions with ENOF for the possible conditions for ENOF to have up to 51% in line with this legislation that was passed several years after the WMZ agreemnent was signed, even though as I have already said that legislatoin was not retroactive.
This is very old news indeed. The legislation is not retroactive...
