Exactly right - 50 cents and she would be all over today.
The Chinese are not stupid - they would be looking at this very closely and considering that option. They would get the rest of the company for loose change.
Personally, I hope that they don't attempt a takeover as I firmly believe the potential is still there to get back to $1 and beyond.
