I don't agree re your point about selling. See you haven't topped up OK? So what would happen if you sell? In all likelihood you will NEVER get back in again!! Especially if you see the price staring to rise. "buy and hold" is the only strategy - if you think you can do better than that, good luck - in most cases you will do worse
