I think the first offer is dead in the water. The offer is 23c. You can sell now for 25.5c. So I don't see anything happening soon. Also the company will not respond until they have the official document offer. Which they haven't had yet. The Efdl are probably contemplating their next move. Bigger offer? Or just leave it? I know one thing is they ain't selling up 20% of a very profitable company!
