What do you all make of today's trading volume on TOE? Who buys 3 shares at a time at a grand total of $3 for the whole day? Bots and algorithms methinks. And why not just bite the bullet and load up like a normal person? Perhaps that would drive up the share price too much so better to buy up clandestine small volumes over time. Am I right?
