Q4 Bouris mentioned during a meeting:
If we can find a good and solid partner who is willing to take a stake in TZ PAD, we are open for it...
For example jv partner of TZ PAD takes a stake of 30% for $ 50mil., TZ will get this amount on the bank, but they are still shareholder in the JV, what means they still get the revenues out of the JV in the future...
But the JV will be the lead in the day to day business...
If this happen shareprice will fly to much higher levels, but with alibaba/singpost deal, it could be a good possibility this above story will happen in practise...
