Plenty of aboriginals who have made an effort and have had parents who have brought them up to be upstanding community members. Not so these families in Alice Springs and certainly not all, but pockets of trouble in other areas of Cairns, Townsville and Darwin in particular. So sad for the kids who could actually be living a much more productive, positive life. In some instances though, this upbringing has become generational. Of course, this is not exclusive to aboriginals either.
