    It's in the culture of atsi people to do exactly that when someone transgresses.

    That's what they did for thousands of years.

    And guess what? It worked.

    The softly softly approach doesn't work. The LWNJs and do-gooders have held sway for a fair while now and the evidence is crystal clear. Your namby pamby ways don't work.

    Simple as that.
