I dont get how anybody can live there, tourists should be warned to steer clear, what hope is there for those young kids, smashing windows and cars at will with zero repercussions , and people wonder why there is so many incarcerated, its just lucky for them locals have not taken to shooting them or running them over, other cities are dealing with the same issues, they act like animals and then demand we admire their culture?, yeah try earning respect.
