IMO, the solutions do not lie in the area of justice

once you need law and justice - you've already failed

    'thinking' is required

so, someone mentioned that education failed - because schools were built and kids didn't come

well -------------- take the schools to them ----------------- try that

we already have precedents in primary health care - here's on example and it works

    https://www.abc.net.au/news/2024-03-28/breast-cancer-better-support-regional-wa/103616106

take education TO aboriginal areas where elders and kids ARE - use the elders to shuffle the kids to school which is only metres away --------- not far

again - if you have to use the justice system -------------- you don't just have a problem

you have failed badly by that stage

time to think and try different things -------------- we've tried justice

look to the 3 strikes laws ------------ a spectacular lack of vision and a spectacular failure

and - lo and behold - 1 generation later - like magic as predicted by civil libertarians - the problem is worse

what's that prove? ------------ it proves that the justice system failed spectacularly - again
