I almost agree with you rabbs, but the younger aborigines, in numbers are actually getting better educational outcome's, albeit from a low base.
So,the current cohort,is just cannon fodder?
And,we all just wait in anticipation, for the emerging better educated ?
I give you points,for acknowledging, that restricting alcohol ,is racist, or should I say apartheid.
Again,throw some money at the central aboriginal people, who have a shit load of land, that is sitting there doing nothing,IMO, this is their best way out,for some semblance of an existence.
