Indeed just over a year ago, in Armadale, a shopkeeper locked in a suspected shoplifter ,all hell broke lose within the shopping precinct, as a consequence of unlawful detention.
The definition of stupidity is doing the same thing over an expecting a different result, should the status quo continue, or do we go down another path?
What's the point of having truancy officers, if the schools haven't adapted their curriculum to suit those, who don't wanna be there ,in the first place.?

That saying can also be applied to the govt's response.
By implementing different versions of pathetically weak youth justice laws and a lack of any real penalty.
I may be being a little unfair as a different result has actually occurred, the situation has deteriorated more!
