    1) NWS - agree to step increase in price for next 4 years and gas price lower than the ruling

    2) Gas customers - agree to price hike

    3) BBIG - forego $350 millions in debt

    4) BBPF - forego part interest repayment, lower interest margins, extend debt maturity to 2012 and loosen financial convenants ...
