    AEJ management have repeatedly referred to the need to preserve some value for shareholders...

    With GPG holding a 19.9% stake....(averaged now around the level that the stock is now trading)...it is unlikely they will accept extreme dilution as a solution.

    We will have to wait and see....GPG have increased their holding I presume with some expectation of an upside in this transaction .

    Time will tell...........
