    Just a thought and I am not sure if this can occur at all..............

    1.Can GPG veto a cap raising to preserve their now substantial holding?

    2.If AEJ default on their repayment in 2011 are GPG able to move on this weekness and secure a greater hold or takeover opportunity?

    3.Are GPG in a financial situation to do so to 2.

    Any thoughts welcome
