19.9% can't Veto but they have a sizeable vote on any recap, usually it's 50% or 75% to get a reso and special resolution through so GGP have a big stick.
IMO I'm glad someone out there has a big stick to fight for us shareholders, it means mass dilution is less unlikely.
Today's AFR had some poor journalis - suggesting that the most likely result was administration as GGP would block anything.
Well AFR why the frick did GGP raise their substantial holdings earlier this month if they wanted to do that - seriously? They have obviously have a strategic plan and it's not obviously not administration - DO SOME RESEARCH FINANCIAL REVIEW!! And then use some common sense.
