No, they r selling the assets now as the Alinta company, AEJ, has just been delisted. Class Actions and all the things associated with them are probably weighing or will weigh on the companies concerned, WES, APA and AGL to name but three. All with the exception of AGL are well off their SPs since last week. AGL is starting to fall off as well.
The WES SP was about high $41s, $42 when the AEJ asset sales and legal deliberations started, source is an AFR article/ advertisement last week as discussed on the AEJ thread.
