Any ALN shareholders on this forum ?

What do you think about your company handing shares to the institutions and so-called "sophisticated investors" at $4.50 each when the stock was trading at $5+.

Today ALN shares traded at $5.30 - 17.8% above the placement price less than two weeks ago.

The good old "retail" shareholder - also know as Mum & Dad's - didn't get a chance to participate at this give away price. Yet, the ASX rules allows for a shareholder purchase plan (SPP) of up to $5,000 per holder.

How do shareholders feel about this ?
