As far as I am aware this point is the only statement that connects the two, it's not official, and note the decision stands with the Minister:
1 - The PSC is due to meet with the minister on Monday 21st May. The final review report will be forwarded by the PSC to the minister for consideration and decision.
I guess it doesn't contradict Najib's statement that the TOL is not dependant on the PSC, they've just waited to include it's opinion, possibly to add substance, possibly to give the PSC more credibility given the Opp boycott.
If we're frustrated, spare a thought for Lynas Mgt trying to wade thru this quicksand over the past 12 months.
