…..Then Elon Musk gifting the first ever grid-connected lithium battery to South Australia in 2017 (https://www.abc.net.au/news/2022-08...h-elon-musk-mike-cannon-brookes-bet/101301882) and suddenly it’s ‘go go lithium grid’ all over the Western world and let’s forget that embarrassing vanadium flow battery .
Only China didm’t forget and now vanadium seems to be coming back into centre focus in the West as well, due to several factors including it’s long life and the fact it’s not likely to catch fire like the lithium batteries do.
