keep the downramping going guys - heaps of us have been waiting patiently to get back into CPU at more reasonable prices.
Computershare is the next NCP, CSL or BIL - a genuine international player with potential to be in the top few globally in it's sector.
It is getting a higher weighting on MCSI, and is in most of the institutional funds. 6.00 could be a bit low (I personally hope it gets back down there again - as I'm accumulating CPU again, starting with some at 6.90 at Thursday's close-out).
The next price point to consider is the July expiry of the 8.25 Telstra warrants. I figure that this may cap the price whilst the big boys try to squeeze a bit more out of the dopes at TLS.
In any case, Chris Morris has a $15 target for the 2001 calendar year, and if things continue to fall into place this will happen.
As for the p/e of 84 - this can only be justified if EPS and sales growth of 100%+ can be sustained for years into the furure. Anyone doubting this potential for CPU should check their last few years performance. Any longer term investors should do some due diligence and put some CPU into the long term holding. SPROCKET.....
