My memory of the Ernest Henry case is that WMC crept over their lease boundary and drilled a couple of very favourable holes on Savage's lease....then made a take-over attempt which was contested in court by SVR.The court ruled sculduggery on behalf of WMC and they were to pay out millions in compensation and forego any benefits from their adventurism.
