Very interesting land purchase. I know who owned that land. Not far as the crow flies to their recent purchase. That is a :LOT of money per acre for that land. I am told it is fairly rocky in there. There is also a road resumption notice in the Wellington Times for 28 days for a crown land road sale very near to the old Commonwealth mine. Don't know too much about that resumption but will probably pick up some info at the pub.
