Interesting article in the WSJ today about how young folks are buying 1oz gold bars at Costco along with the groceries. Fearful of many things including inflation and a declining US dollar they are seeing it as a useful backstop. Costco is selling out. Average millennial allocates 17% of their investments to gold. Who would have thought….?
