I understand promotion has never been Nic's strong point but even I must admit that I've been extremely surprised by the lack of newflow/promotion from Nic, especially as the crucial voting date rapidly approaches. I guess merger co must feel like they have ALK 50% MND 66.6% shareholder approval hurdle in the bag already.
I appear to have wrongly figured that the higher 66.66% Mandalay voting hurdle would force Nic into being super promotional to sway Mandalay holders into accepting the merger.
