Timing sucks big time. With 9 mio still in the bank, why the hell couldn't they wait another month until we get the REE MoU and the Tomingley go ahead ?? All this "cornerstone investor" talk you so often hear from managements is BS imO - such investors are just as ready to sell out later as retail investors.
Now, strategic partners, that's different. If one of them wanted in at a reasonable price, I can live with it, as long as (1) they pay a premium later for their share in the DZP and (2) we get to partcipate in the CR ...
