Noellyn you are correct, I did not pick up that it was the same company selling. So they only sold 100K shares.
Can anyone tell me what the rules are for insider buying/selling, ie. in what time frame are they not allowed to trade (week? or 2 weeks?) prior to an announcement? I assume that directors can trade immediately after an announcement.
