Yeah, so the agreement with the REE producer is not sell material, but for them to toll treat.
So any products produced are Alkanes.. Although they are also discussing marketing arrangements, so that the REE producer will sell them (for a nominal fee).
But the products are still Alkane's until sold.
It's lower risk than trying to build your own refinery.. but certainly still has its own risks
