But for what its worth I've worked on a plant who's process equipment was designed by Outotec (technically Outkumpo at the time). It was a pretty good plant.
But they designed the equipment not the whole plant.

Can you please give me an example of projects where they have done complete EPCM?
I'm happy to learn from this.
I've never said they are not capable, but they are not an EPCM house.

On your second point; perhaps I should turn this around mate.
I've never said anything much about Hf's properties.
I know its very useful material, but short of talking about its neutron blocking properties I've not had any discussion round this.
I like REE's I have a bit of background experience with Zr and Hf, but I'm not here to educate people, nor am I willing divulge anything that may be a conflict of interest to my work. I'm just here to add a comment or view when I feel like it.
