You are on the same line of thought I am on...

Use QFX as a vehicle for a much bigger story...if managed correctly, they will effectively take out netflix with significantly less outlay than they would in a front-on assault...

1. Move into QFX af rock-bottom levels.

2. Generate a re-rate of QFX (significantly value is arguably there to use) and lift the price singificantly...effectively generating significant take-over inventory (ie. money) from thin air.

3. Launch scrip bid for netflix using said inflated scrip.

Interestingly, the value created is real...but it did not exist to start with and mostly did not come from anyone's pocket.

The entity that is created at the end of it all however will in fact support the generated value.

These are the sorts of deals guys like David generate...tie the lot up for a song risking little if any of your own money.
