$12 Mil in the bank at an extraordinary price.

I congratulate the company for being able to achieve such a high price in such quick time.

Consider the previous 10 days lowest prices
6/10 - $1.00
7/10 - $1.005
8/10 - 1.06
11/10 - $1.12
12/10 - 1.06
13/10 - 1.09
14/10 - 1.09
15/10 - 1.095

Consider that this decision wouldnt have been made on the 15th.
Management would have been in discussions with SSC for some time prior to the 15th, and would assume have been feeling out institutions as well to guage maximum price they could achieve, and then had to try and pick a day to announce the cap raising.

Consider a few trading days over the previous 30 days
1/10 lowest .58
21/9 - .32
15/9 - .23
Then tell me you would have paid more then $1.00 considering history and current trading at the time.

A huge congrats to the management for achieving what they have.
