In a share placement when "norms" can actually buy it is bad news. In good news us norms stand no chance of cashing in on the deal (same for floats)

If a share placement, the 21 day drill (instead of 7 day),is a combination exploratory drill which has told PSA that by drilling (say) two further well will mean even bigger dollars and no doubt a further expected certainty
