It was UEX not UEQ that is in the basin ! My error, sorry. I have been reading too many of these reports and am getting lost, trying to sort of the BS to potentails explorers. UEX is listed on TSX.
I think Bannerman greatest threat is diluting their existing shareholders to death. I liked Resource Capital owning 34% of BMN. They are very astute. Not alot of projects in the world that can produce 7+m pounds PA for 15+ years for less than 40m. As a far of fact, it would be the only that i could think of.
To answer your question, will they produce ? If U heads higher over 40++, it will be taken over, that is most likely. Or else they would need a JV partner to front up alot of cash to buy in. Resource Capital will push it in that direction. it is a long term HIGHLY speculative call option on Uranium prices.
