I think timing is relative to everyone personal situation.
The sellers today in the 9 cent range must not believe there is any upside or need money urgently. The buyers on the other hand must see a future upside. Each to their own trading strategy after all that is what makes the market.
IMO the market is supporting OBJ after a healthy retrace from the announcement highs and ready for the next leg up.
