Yes and no. Rmx hasn't a big registry. Big volumes will surpass and knock down with ease those wishing to sell out. Traders will play a big role in this and the quality of the play isn't a pump and dump on the occasion. It does have serious grades and like in any aquisition nothing ever is defined unless a forward process is applied.
